Lodging Information and Policies

DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposits of one night are required to hold a reservation. Credit card numbers are preferred, however checks accepted.  A deposit is required for large groups. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations within 21 days prior to the reservations, a $30 processing fee will be charged. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the reservation will forfeit the deposit.  A  $30 Dollar cancellation fee will be charged for anything less than 24 hours notice by phone.  A phone call is necessary for any cancellation.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 3:OOP.M. and checkout is 11:00A.M.

POOL/HOT TUB
The pool room opens at 8:00A.M. and closes at 10:OOP.M.

PETS
Pets are allowed in some rooms for an additional fee. If pets are left alone in the room, they MUST be in a kennel.

TELEPHONES
There are no phones in the rooms but cell phone coverage is excellent.  There is a pay phone by the front entrance.  We are happy to take messages for you if someone needs to contact you.  The number to call is 906-932-3857.

TELEVISION
There is no television service in the rooms and townhouses.  There is a television in our bar and game room. The townhouses as well as some of our rooms have DVD players.
